Proverbs 22:9-11

⁹ He who ^[a]is ^(A)generous will be blessed,
For he ^(B)gives some of his food to the poor.
^10 (C)Drive out the scoffer, and contention will go out,
Even strife and dishonor will cease.
¹¹ He who loves ^(D)purity of heart
And ^[b]whose speech is ^(E)gracious, the king is his friend.
